At Fluffsters Corner, we strive to provide high-quality, made-to-order clothing. However, we understand that issues can arise. This policy outlines the process for refunds, cancellations, and returns.


1. Cancellations

  • Time Frame: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, production begins, and cancellations will not be accepted.

2. Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Defective Products: If the product you receive has a manufacturing defect (e.g., damaged fabric, misprints).
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive a product that does not match your order.

Conditions for Refund:

  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Provide proof of the issue (clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item).

Refund Process:

  • Once the issue is verified, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect washing.
  • Custom orders unless they are defective.

3. Returns

Due to our print-on-demand model, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Wrong size selection by the customer.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective or incorrect products. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange products for size or design changes.


5. Return Shipping

If the issue is verified as our fault (e.g., defective or incorrect product):

For other cases, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
